Delivery and Carriage Charges

Our aim is to make the delivery process as simple as possible and are able to send your order either you home or to your place of work. We aim to send all orders out on the day the order was placed but at peak times of the season this is not always possible. In such cases we aim to deliver within 2 working days. Delivery times are calculated in working days Monday to Friday. If you order after 2 pm the next working day will be considered the first working day for delivery. In case of bank holidays and over the Christmas period, please allow an extra two working days. Sadly we are aware that certain postcodes, the Highlands, Islands and Europe etc. incurr higher carriage costs . PLEASE ASK and We will advise you of these and endeavour to keep them to a minimum.

We will attempt to email you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Delivery by Post or Carrier

Our minimum post and packing charge is £0.63 inc. v.a.t. for small items.
We then charge based on order value.

Items weighing more than 1.9 kg. - we would normally use our courier service which is normally next day delivery as parcel post can be slow.

Next Working Day Delivery

For Next Day delivery, orders must be received by 2pm. If you order after 2pm we will endeavour to dispatch that day but this CANNOT BE GUARANTEED as it is dependant on carrier collection times., the next working day will be considered the first working day for dispatch.

Heavy and/or Bulky Orders (Next Working Day) - We will Contact you by email Over 25kg - we will contact you by email with a quotation

Carriage charges are indicated at the time of ordering. However, for smaller items, we will attempt to keep the charges to a minimum and will charge you a maximum of the carriage and packing charge indicated.

Postage for Special Order Items

We pride ourselves on being able to source most items using many different suppliers. This can sometimes mean that for non stock, unusual or limited production items that are ordered individually with our suppliers we will need to pass on carriage charges charged to us to you. This will be indicated to you as soon as possible after we have received your order. We will always attempt to minimise such costs, and where possible place a larger order with the supplier in order to reduce the charges.

Pricing

* All prices are inclusive of VAT.
* All prices are subject to alteration with no prior notice. E&OE.
* Special offer prices or prices below our S.R.P. are strictly subject to availability.
* Promotions, special offers and free gifts are strictly subject to availability.

Payment

Accepted methods of payment are Pay Pal, Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Solo

Cheques are accepted and goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared..

All submission of payment details and indeed all customer details are safeguarded by recognised encryption software.

Payment will not be taken until the ordered items are ready for dispatch. In the event that there will be a delay in our normal dispatch timescales, you will be notified in order to have the choice to cancel the order.

Ordering

Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy of description, specifications and pricing there may be occasions where errors arise. Should such a situation occur Puffer Parts Ltd cannot accept your order. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer. The information displayed is considered as an invitation to buy not as a confirmed offer for sale. The contract is confirmed upon supply of goods.

Returns

Any product may be returned for a full refund or exchanged for a credit note at our discretion if returned unused within 7 days of receipt.

Each returned item must be accompanied by a copy of the customer's original receipt, original packaging, relevant warranties, contact details and a covering letter explaining the reasons for the return and the requested course of action.

In the event that the items are faulty, then a replacement item will be sent or the item will be forwarded to the manufacturer for resolution. In either event you will be informed of the course of action taken.

We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery.

Puffer Parts Ltd will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

All shipping back to Puffer Parts Ltd is paid for by the customer. We are unable to refund your postal fees.

Any product returned found not to be defective can be refunded/credited at our discretion within the time stated above and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover our administration costs. In the case when a Special Order has been placed rather than a standard order WE WILL NOT NORMALLY ACCEPT RETURNS.. Goods found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customers expense.

Special Promotions, clearance or end of line products can only be returned for repair. No refunds of replacements will be made.

Incorrect/Damaged Goods

We try very hard to ensure that you receive the correct order in pristine condition. If you do not receive your products ordered please contact us as soon as possible. In the unlikely event that the product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact Puffer Parts Ltd immediately, this will be given special priority and you can expect to receive the correct item within 48 hours. For any incorrect items received all delivery charges will be refunded back onto your credit/debit card.

Products failing whilst under Warranty

An increasing number of technical products are now sold with a Return To Base Warranty ie: Sterling Power Products. This policy is made clear in their promotions and we would normallly advise,should such an unlikely event occur,returning goods to the manufacturer for a speedier resolution. We can advise of other Companies with this policy if requested
Unless stated specifically by the Manufacturer all our products carry a 12 month warranty from day of purchase by the Customer

Export restrictions

We normally only supply within the UK but can arrange carriage to Europe and Eire if required. Carriage costs to be advised.

Your Statutory Rights are not Affected

By submitting your order to us you are allowing us to use your personal details to supply you with the items you have specified. Your personal details will be passed to no third parties other than those required to supply you with such goods. By submitting your personal details to us you have become a Puffer Parts Ltd Customer and will be offered future promotions and special offers. If you wish for your details to be removed from our records then you may do so by writing to us requesting this action. Our address can be found via the Contact us link.

Limitation on Liability.

In no event will Puffer Parts Ltd be liable to any part for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages for any use of this site, or on any other hyperlinked web site, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system or otherwise, even if Puffer Parts Ltd is expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.

Privacy Notice

This policy covers all users who register to use the website. It is not necessary to purchase anything in order to gain access to the searching facilities of the site.
